Tabatha Granger, ACoM, CPM Candidate, is a driven and accomplished professional in the field of property management. As the General Manager of NAI 1st Valley in Las Cruces, New Mexico, she oversees a team of 25 employees and has earned a reputation for excellence in the industry. Tabatha is an Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) and is currently pursuing her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.

Tabatha's educational background and extensive experience have provided her with a strong foundation in property management. Since 2000, she has been working in various roles within the industry and has been a Qualifying Broker since 2014. Her notable accomplishments include the management of a 40 million dollars Real Estate Portfolio spanning seven different states. Tabatha is a current member of the NAI National Property Management Council and the New Mexico Real Estate Commission Education Advisory Committee.

As the General Manager of the largest commercial property management firm in Southern New Mexico, Tabatha specializes in Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliations. She has honed her skills and expertise throughout her career, making her a valuable asset to her clients and colleagues.

In her personal life, Tabatha has found an escape from work in her creative pursuits, such as resin art and resin tumblers. This hobby allows her to explore her artistic side and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
