Prior to joining NAI 1st Valley Cheryl owned and operated her own commercial real estate brokerage office in Las Cruces, New Mexico. In addition to brokerage services, she also assisted in land development deals, over a period of 14+ years, for Family Dollar, Aaron’s and Advance Auto. Her customers include the USPS, Smith’s grocery, Hampton Inn, Taco Bell, McDonald’s, Hollywood Video, Arby’s, Walgreens, Burger King, Family Dollar, Shamrock Foods, and Furr’s Buffet
