Jacob Slavec, SIOR, is a Principal and the Lead Industrial/Office Broker at NAI 1st Valley in Las Cruces. Jacob has over 13 years of experience, and has brokered billions in transaction volume and millions of Sq. Ft. Leased and Sold for clients such as Amazon, FedEx, OLAM/OFI, Hercules Industries, and countless other Fortune 500, regional, and local companies. His work focuses on the Southern New Mexico and Borderplex regions, where he advises institutional and private clients on site selection, asset positioning, and capital structuring.
Jacob earned the SIOR designation in 2018, a credential recognized as one of the most difficult and respected to achieve in the industry. He is one of only 28 designees in the State of New Mexico and 2,800 worldwide. In addition to his brokerage and investment projects, Jacob is actively involved in economic development efforts in Southern New Mexico, serving as Treasurer and Executive Board Member for the Mesilla Valley Economic Development Alliance (MVEDA).
