Tabatha Granger
Property Management General Manager
Tabatha Granger has effectively supervised her clients’ commercial properties for over 23 years. During this time, she has overseen multiple management offices and managed large commercial properties in seven states, including extensive experience in the management of large retail, multi-family, industrial, and office investments.
Ms. Granger became part of NAI 1st Valley Management Group in 2012. Her initial role was the management of the Homeowners Association of the Casitas at Morningstar, which comprised 271 condo units developed on 17 acres by Randy McMillan and a partner. In February of 2014, she was promoted to the position of General Manager at 1st Valley Management Group.
In her role as General Manager, Tabatha Granger ensures that property owners receive top-notch property management services. She formulates and implements strategies, policies, and operations for the group, tackling daily challenges to enhance the investment value of her clients’ assets. In her current capacity, Ms. Granger supervises a team of 26 employees and manages over 50 commercial properties, totaling more than 1.7 million square feet.
Tabatha is also a member of the New Mexico Real Estate Commission’s Education Advisory Committee and a Candidate for the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.
