US News & World Report recently published a list of “10 Cities for Real Estate Steals”; in which Las Cruces was ranked #6.  They speculate that Las Cruces will emerge as one of the most rapidly expanding markets in the country over the next decade.  You can read the full paragraph on Las Cruces, and check out the other cities on the list here.

Retail space on north El Paseo Road is proving to be a hot commodity now that Pro’s Ranch Market has committed to opening its grocery store in Las Cruces.  Pro’s is set to occupy the space that was formerly the Community Action Agency (CAA), which sits between a dreary shopping plaza that has seen more tumbleweeds than customers during the past year.
