Sunset Magazine, a magazine focusing on lifestyle in the Western half of the US, has ranked Las Cruces #2 in its list of “Towns of the Future”.  The Spaceport, slated to be completed in about 5 years, continues to be a major factor in the recognition of Las Cruces as a City of the Future!  You can read more from Sunset Magazine online.

US News & World Report recently published a list of “10 Cities for Real Estate Steals”; in which Las Cruces was ranked #6.  They speculate that Las Cruces will emerge as one of the most rapidly expanding markets in the country over the next decade.  You can read the full paragraph on Las Cruces, and check out the other cities on the list here.
