Our New Weblog!

Welcome to the new NAI 1st Valley blog!  Our goal is to keep our clients and the Las Cruces real estate community up to date on the latest information concerning commercial real estate, market reports, and local news about community growth.  With much of the country moving to “green” solutions to bringing the public information, we’ve decided that a weblog is a great way for our office to reduce our carbon footprint - effectively reducing the amount of print material we produce.

Las Cruces Ranks #7 For Growth

Las Cruces Ranks #7 For Growth

NAI Global’s chief economist, Dr. Peter Linneman, has ranked Las Cruces, NM number 7 for projected growth through the year 2020.  For more information on this ranking, and what it means for Las Cruces and our economy, please see our article on “Where Will Growth Occur?” here on the blog, or download the white paper here.

We’re excited that Las Cruces is on the national radar for increased economic growth!  This means great things for our city in a time when the economy is uncertain in so much of the nation.

Way to go Las Cruces!
