Welcome to the new NAI 1st Valley blog!  Our goal is to keep our clients and the Las Cruces real estate community up to date on the latest information concerning commercial real estate, market reports, and local news about community growth.  With much of the country moving to “green” solutions to bringing the public information, we’ve decided that a weblog is a great way for our office to reduce our carbon footprint – effectively reducing the amount of print material we produce.

There are several sections to our blog, with our main feature being the largest article on the front page.  You’ll notice that below the main article, there is a box with three separate tabs – for Office News, Local News, and news from our affiliate, NAI Global.  Clicking these tabs will show you the latest posts in these categories.  You’ll also see boxes on the right side of the page that show our latest posts, and an in depth view of each category on our blog.  Have fun looking around, and be sure to sign up for our RSS feed if you’d like to recieve the latest Las Cruces Commercial Real Estate information in your inbox or RSS reader.

We will also be featuring properties on our blog, as well as businesses we have for sale.  You will find those close to the bottom of the page.  As always, you can find out more about the properties we have for sale and lease by checking out our properties (linked at the top of the page in our navigation) online or calling our office for more information.
